Are you itching to get back into the studio? Yoga Pods are a safe and contained way to practice in community. Yoga Pods are part yoga class, part private lesson. For each four-week series, you will receive guided sequencing and specialized instruction in your teacher’s style. Five students practice together for each month-long series, building a consistent asana practice and lasting connections off-the-mat.
4 weeks: $120 Pre-registration required by Thursday, 9/10 to ensure minimum enrollment.
COVID-19 SAFETY: Masks will be required at all times.
No yoga gear will be provided: bring your own mats + props.
Only 5 students + 1 teacher per class. Mats are spaced 14’ apart.
Your personal station for shoes + belongings will be designated in the lobby. Please respect social distancing when entering and exiting class.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class time.
We sanitize the studio thoroughly before and after each use, and all used props will be washed and sanitized.
