Yoga is a practice that invites everyone in every kind of body to find deep connection to their own breath, their own body, and their complete self. It is a practice that offers reunion with a shared and diverse experience of life. In this class we will breathe, move, and meditate. Open to all levels, this practice can meet you where you're at, offering relaxation, a workout, and a toolset for navigating your whole life.
Ellen's teaching style is rooted in alignment-focused Hatha yoga and a philosophy inspired by Tantric yoga lineages of southern India. She empowers her students to befriend their own bodies and to (re)discover their own agency. Let's practice! All levels welcome.
