In this workshop, we'll explore a mindful Yin Yoga practice with therapy balls to relax deeply into the present moment through the body and breath. Along with longer held yin poses, therapy balls and other props encourage the relaxation, release and hydration of the connective tissues building healthier tissues and a more resilient nervous system.
