with Erin Haenlin. In this workshop, we'll explore a mindful Yin Yoga practice with therapy balls to relax deeply into the present moment through the body and breath. Along with longer held yin poses, therapy balls and other props encourage the relaxation, release and hydration of the connective tissues building healthier tissues and a more resilient nervous system.In these times of COVID, tense politics, and human rights injustices, we are experiencing heightened levels of stress and uncertainty. Relaxing more deeply and regularly allows us to unwind harmful patterns in the body, mind, and heart and open to new experiences beyond fear, clenching, bias, and judgement. During this time, it's important to create time and space for a regular practice of reflection and rest as a way to build the resilience that's needed to navigate our world. All levels welcome.
