Winner! Winner! Chicken Dinner

Chef O'Brian Tomalin of Sierra Grille fame returns to BOMBYX to prepare a series of weekend meal kits throughout of the Fall and Winter. For his first offering, Winner! Winner! Chicken Dinner, he serves up a classic chicken dinner for four with a delicious array of sides.

•Roasted Cider & Herb Brined Whole Chicken
•Homestyle Gravy
•Yukon Gold Smashed Potatoes
•Mashed Lightly Spiced Roasted Butternut Squash
•Sautéed Green Beans

Each kit is portioned for 4 generous servings and comes with easy re-heating instructions. We'll also tuck in a recpie card for a hearty chicken soup, just in case there are any leftovers.

How does it work?

Order online by 4pm Wednesday 9/11 and then pick on Friday 9/13 between 4-6pm. Take your kit home. Follow the easy re-heating directions. Enjoy a delicous dinner solo or with loved ones. Easy!
