Dive into the art of creative play using the human voice as our instrument in this two-hour workshop.

Get introduced to the world of vocal improvisation by using various techniques, exercises, and song forms from India, Bali, Africa and the contemporary vocal improvisation tradition à la Bobby McFerrin and Rhiannon.

We’ll also learn some vocal repertoire by the composer himself that will incorporate improvisation as well.

All levels of singers are welcome.
