Wednesday evenings starting May 17th

build strength and flexibility for arm balances and inversions. Each class will lead to a peak pose;headstand, forearm stand, crow pose, arm balances, and more. Class will include breathwork, forward bends, backbends, hip openers, twists, and of course, shavasana.
