Autumn brings amazing colors to New England, so too amazing flavors abound with the peak harvest of orchard fruit, root vegetables, edible squash, pumpkins, peppers and more. Restaurants and shops are full of produce straight from local farms; chefs, brewers and bakers alike celebrate the harvest with their own specialties. On this 2.5 hour walking tour, we explore the highlights of the fall harvest in a variety of dishes, beverages, recipes and specialty foods made or sourced in the Pioneer Valley. Guests will receive a goody bag and bottled water. Our tours go out in all weather, please dress accordingly. Private and group tours are available, please contact the tour organizer to schedule. Tour may be cancelled by the tour operator 24 hours before departure if there are fewer than the minimum number of guests.
