James Balog, a longtime photographer and explorer, has focused his career on the complex relationship between humans and nature. The Human Element is a documentary that explores the ever-changing and significant effects of the human race on an already fragile world. In honor of Climate Preparedness Week (September 24-30) the City of Northampton, in collaboration with Northampton Open Media, the Northampton Arts Council, and Forbes Library present The Human Element.
