Duffy Academy Inc. Irish dancers welcome you to join the St. Patrick’s Kick-Off Show!! Saturday March 9th, 2024 at 4:00 to 6:00 PM
These lively steppers will rouse your appreciation of the Irish spirit and culture while you enjoy their blend of traditional and contemporary Irish dancing in both soft shoe and hard shoe, entwining centuries old traditional material with modern choreography and music to give a performance that is deeply rooted in Irish culture with a kickin’ twist! Dances are choreographed by academy director and instructor Alycia Duffy and showcased this year are signature dances by the School’s Team dancers, adult and youth dancers and to make your heart sing, the Wee Ones. Let’s kick this St. Patrick’s season off with a ROAR!!
About Duffy Academy Inc
Duffy Academy, based in Hadley, MA, performs regularly at a variety of public and private venues. Within our local community, the dancers perform at schools, nursing homes, festivals, parades, and community fundraisers.
Dancers also collaborate with Seisiún music, Irish festivals and céilí dance as well as appearing at renowned venues and with various famous musicians. Notably, Duffy Academy had the joy of collaborating here at the Academy of Music, with the Young @ Heart Choir in November 2023.
Duffy Academy inspires members to enjoy fun and fitness, explore Irish dance history and culture, gain performance confidence, instill team collaboration, and engender fellowship. We are always accepting new members to our clan, all ages, skill levels and backgrounds are welcomed. We are proud of our school and we can’t wait to share this St Patrick’s Kick-Off Show experience with you. Sláinte!
This event is participating in the Card to Culture Program! They will be offering 10 standard seats at a discounted price of $10 to any patrons with a valid EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare card. To purchase these tickets, please visit or call the box office Tuesday through Friday between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Limit 4 tickets per cardholder per show.
