Great make ahead recipes to easily serve at your dinner or bring along to a holiday potluck. Barbara has blended traditional flavors with a new perspective for your Thanksgiving table. Skip the fury of last minute potato mashing with her delectable Two Potato Casserole, which combines Yukon gold with sweet potatoes and herbs. Continue to get the prep done early with her fabulous farro salad, that is prepared ahead and served at room temperature. Join us for a brand new lineup for this year’s holiday.

Caramelized Onion and Mushroom Bread Pudding with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Broccoli

Two Potato Casserole This dish combines creamy Yukon gold, sweet potatoes and herbs in one gratin with creamy Gruyere and Parmesan cheeses.

Fabulous Farro Salad with Roasted Butternut Squash, Toasted Pecans, Dried Cranberries and Goat Cheese Crumbles Served at room temperature

Easy and Decadent Bread Pudding with Kale, Caramelized Onion and Mushrooms combines rich flavors in a vegetarian dish that may be prepped the night before.

Spiced Cranberry Chutney The perfect combination of sweet and tang combining fresh cranberries, orange segments, apple and dried fruit simmered just right to be enjoyed at dinner and again on sandwiches the next day.
