Our surf & turf main entrée consists of a Porcini and Herb Crusted Tenderloin, with tender lemon shrimp to bring some lightness. Celeriac, the unsung root vegetable, will be spiraled and baked as a crispy side accompaniment. We’ll finish off this spectacular meal with a show-stopping Baked Alaska!
