Za’atar Grilled Chicken Za’atar, lemon and garlic marinated chicken breast grilled to smoky perfection! Za’atar is a Mediterranean spice blend that includes thyme, oregano, sumac and sesame seeds; it’s just packed with flavor and it makes for one tasty marinade for grilled meats! Served with grilled naan, and a quick homemade hummus.
New Orleans BBQ Shrimp BBQ shrimp done New Orleans style in a spicy, buttery, lemony sauce that is so good that you will be licking your fingers and the plate clean! Served with fluffy rice.
