Join us for an afternoon of deep relaxation and massage!
Chandra Cantor will guide class through a sequence of Restorative Yoga postures, while Lani Nahele, massage therapist, offers therapeutic bodywork. This luxurious two-hour class is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, practice self-care, and receive healing touch. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level with yoga.
This is an in-studio event. Masks are required unless you show proof of a negative rapid test taken on the day of the event.

About Lani Nahele, B.F.A. SUNY Purchase. Trisha Brown Dance Company 1985-1992. Dancer, movement educator, bodyworker, and mother, she is a Practitioner of Body-Mind Centering and is certified in Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Pilates, Circulatory Massage, Reiki, and Infinity Healing. Her bodywork vocabulary is also supported by her study of The Trager Approach, Ortho-Bionomy, and CranioSacral. She is a seasoned teacher of Contact Improvisation and Contemporary dance technique. She is a professor at Springfield College, teaching dance, and the director of Studio rEvolution in Florence, Ma, which is the home for her private practice Embodied Healing.
