When we are stressed, anxious or in a negative thinking pattern, we lose the ability to receive messages from our body. Gently moving your body, noticing your physical sensations and consciously breathing can be helpful to restore this communication. In this 4-week series, while primarily seated in a chair, you will engage in a practice of noticing your physical sensations as you create physical shapes. Short guided techniques such as body scans and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) will be introduced to support you and help you stay connected with your body throughout your day.
