Live film scoring of cult sci-fi cinema. We mute the original audio of two 1960s sci-fi films (First Spaceship on Venus and Voyage to the Planet of Prehistoric Women) and perform a fully original score live in sync with the films. The music is rooted in progressive art-rock, with both instrumental and vocal sections shaped around the pacing and tone of each scene. Dialogue and sound effects are layered in where they support the story. The show can run as one continuous audiovisual concert or split into two sets, depending on the event. There’s no talking, just film and live music, perfectly fused.
