He sings in English and in Sanskrit, which is an ancient Indian language that embodies the vibration of the Indian wisdom traditions. Matthew's arrangements evoke reverence for the sacred breath that moves through all creation, using familiar Indie-folk chord progressions and musical themes as a backdrop for expressions of devotion that arise from his love for India. The result is music that is both timeless and accessible, inviting listeners from any background into an experience of stillness, wonder, and the heart's innate longing for the Divine. Matthew has been visiting India regularly and studying vedic spirituality for over 20 years. His songs distill these years of study and practice into music inspired by ancient teachings and shaped by life in 21st-century America. His work reveals the universal thread that runs through East and West: the soul's yearning to remember its true nature and awaken to the presence of the sacred in every breath. Onatah Love is a self taught musician and singer/songwriter from Western Massachusetts. She brings all of her original music with both tenderness and passion for our world. Her songs are of hope, love, peace and encouragement for a shift into a more loving consciousness on the Earth. Her music intends to inspire the human family. She plays with The Onatah Love Band which includes her husband Ridan Calixto on guitar and Chris Hamel on drums. Their original sounds flow from soulful folk to reggae inspired grooves and a warmth of Brazilian influence. Onatah has been involved in healing arts for over 15 years and considers her music another branch of her healing offerings to our world.
