Yoga Off the Mat teaches you how to cultivate the energy needed to bring your intention for yoga into your everyday life. We can bring peace, unity and intention into every moment by practicing the 3 core principles of OM: love, balance and compassion. For 6 weeks we will work through group activities, affirmations, and take home actions to invoke a greater presence of these fundamentals in your life. Join this series to have a better understanding of yourself and those around you.

Every two weeks we will be observing, discussing, and practicing activities that will help us gain better understanding for ourselves. When we better understand ourselves, we can then understand our families and the community that surrounds us.
Every week we will have a take home practice and affirmation.
