Photographer Paul Shoul will take us on a virtual journey around the world with images captured as a staff photographer forGonomad.com, a popular web site featuring "off the beat" travel articles. He will share his photographic process with tips for getting that perfect shot. Closer to home, he will show images fromLocal Lockdown, the cover story for the fall issue ofThe Massachusetts Review, and discuss how he adapted his process to our changing world. Paul Shoul's work has appeared in theNew York Times,Washington Post,The Boston Globe, andPopular Science, and many others. He shot for United Press International and was a staff photographer for theValley AdvocateandPreview Magazineand has been featured in the United Airways and Air Greenland inflight magazines. He is a long-time presenter on travel photography at theNew York Times Travel Show. Paul Shoul is a resident of Northampton.
