On this once a year tour we'll explore chocolate from the source of cacao beans to handmade chocolates and authentic dishes rich with history and flavor.  Chocolate is a versatile product and we'll enjoy a full lunch featuring chocolate in savory and sweet dishes, in delicious drinks and in rich desserts.  It includes a tasting of tree to bar chocolate from two craft chocolate producers located in Northampton and imaginative creations from a local chocolatier.   A perfect treat for Valentines Day.
