Start your day feeling strong, supple and centered! This 30 minute Zoom class will include breathing, intention setting, yoga and meditation so you can start your day in an uplifting and mindful way!

Class will happen every Tuesday morning at 6am Eastern Standard Time. This is a FREE or pay-what-you-can class. No payment is expected or required.

This class is suitable for both new and seasoned practitioners.
