Join us every Wednesday evening online!
This is an active slow-flow yoga class that is accessible to folks who are able to confidently get up and down from the mat. Foundational yoga poses (asana) are offered, as are warm-ups and strengthening exercises that support the focus of the class. Clear instruction into and out of the poses will be provided as will ways to modify the poses. Restorative yoga poses, yoga teachings, and breathing will also be integrated to create a well-rounded practice.
