Title: Wisdom of the Goddess: Merkaba Mysteries & Meditation on the Myrrh Bearers
Description:
Join Jodi Powers to close the year’s journey where the mystery is most tender: in the hands of the women who never left.
Before the light of the resurrection, there was the vigil in the dark: the women who walked to the tomb carrying myrrh and spices, faithful when everyone else had fled. We begin with the Merkaba, the light-body vehicle of ascent, the chariot of Ezekiel, the rotating field of light that carries the soul home. Then we turn to Mary Magdalene and the Myrrh Bearers, the first witnesses of the rising, and walk with them in a guided meditation, carrying our own myrrh and keeping our own vigil. Before the light of the resurrection, there was the vigil in the dark — the women who walked to the tomb carrying myrrh and spices, faithful to the body when everyone else had fled. In this closing gathering of the series, we begin with the Merkaba, the light-body vehicle of ascent — the chariot of Ezekiel, the throne of the mystics, the rotating field of light that carries the soul home. Then we turn to the ones who kept watch: Mary Magdalene and the Myrrh Bearers, the first witnesses of the rising, whose love and tending made them the ones the risen Christ met first. Through a guided meditation we walk with them — carrying our own myrrh, keeping our own vigil, and discovering what rises when we stay faithful through the long night.
