Massachusetts American Choral Conductors Association presents a Mid-Summer Choral Concert, featuring the Summer Conference Chorus under the direction of two renowned choral artists and composers––Rosephanye Powell and Andrea Ramsey. The program includes compelling contemporary pieces by Powell and Ramsey as well as works by Victor Johnson and Susan Brumfield. “Keep Me Fully Glad” by Dr. Ramsey was commissioned in gratitude for the life and work of Dr. Susan Wharton Conkling (1959-2018) by a number of individuals and choral organizations that admired her, including MassACDA. Guest artists are the Worcester Children's Chorus who will perform a variety of classical choral works under the direction of Pamela Mindell. The concert will conclude with a combined performance of Mark Miller's Draw the Circle Wide.
