The Lilith of Valley music series is back with new direction and purpose to celebrate and honor the impact that women musicians, artists and business owners have on our community. The show will feature four talented bands/artists, including Topsy (front woman Hannah Mohan of And The Kids), Valley favorites pop indie rockers The Fawns, world/reggae/folk/soul outfit Rebirth band and Kat Alexander (lead woman of Lunar Carnival) with a bluesy solo electric set. The event will also host artist vendors and we will be fundraising for women's rights and equity projects with Women's Fund of Western Massachusetts (more TBA).For this the 6th in the series we have chosen the theme “Sea of Change” to pay homage to the many ways, big and small, that women affect change. Presented by PRIA Music Marketing, Lilith of the Valley: Sea of Change addresses the feeling many of us face today that, wherever we look, it seems there is another fight to be fought. Protest comes in many forms and we look to artists and musicians, the creators, to remind us of our collective humanity and that we do have the power within us to create a tsunami of positive change in our world.
