We sell every gadget you could possibly need for the kitchen at The Baker’s Pin, but few are as essential as a good sharp knife. Developing proper knife skills is one of the most important things you can do to improve your cooking game.[nbsp][nbsp]By mastering your knife skills, prepping weeknight dinners will be faster, safer, and more enjoyable overall.[nbsp][nbsp]In this class we’ll learn how to choose, maintain, and store knives as well as learn how to set up our work stations in a safe and time-saving manner.[nbsp][nbsp]We’ll cover safety protocol and all the basic cuts including slice, dice, mince, chiffonade and roll-cut, all while making a delicious Middle Eastern lunch that just happens to be vegan and gluten-free.
