For more than two decades Jonatha Brooke has created shining musical gems – brilliant combinations of poetic lyrics, complex harmonies and memorable melodies –that have earned her legions of devoted fans and journalistic raves as a highly respected artist. Jonatha has co-written songs with Katy Perry and TheCourtyard Hounds. She’s also written for four Disney films, numerous televisionshows, and shecomposed and performed the theme song for Joss Whedon’sDollhouse. In 2014 Ms. Brooke debuted her onewoman musical,MyMother Has Four Noses, at the DukeTheater on 42ndStreet, in NYC.The show ran for 3 months, to ravereviews, and was a critics pick intheNY Times. She recently finished amonth-long run ofMy Mother has 4 Nosesatthe Jungle Theater in Minneapolis. Jonatha is the recipient of a McKnightArtist Fellowship Grant for 2018. She will release an EP of new songs in Aprilof 2019, titled, “Imposter” and this tour is in support of it.


Jonatha Brooke (born January 23, 1964) is an American folk rock singer-songwriter and guitarist from Massachusetts. Her music merges elements of folk, rock and pop, often with poignant lyrics and complex harmonies. She has been a performer, writer, and artist since the late 1980s, and her songs have been used in television shows and movies. Jonatha Brooke attended Shady Hill School, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She then graduated from Commonwealth School in Boston before moving on to Amherst College.
