Through a sequence of thoughtfully chosen postures and restorative poses, we’ll honor the spirit of gratitude—toward ourselves, our teachers, and our community. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this all-levels class invites you to slow down, reflect, and give thanks through movement and breath.
