with John Adams
Deepen your presence and practice the tools to navigate connection skillfully and authentically, to know and be known. In this series, we will go into the theory, but more importantly into the practice of Circling. Like the social/verbal version of a contact improv jam, this facilitated group meditation practice helps us find autonomy and authenticity in connection.
With Circling, we can bring more of ourselves and our truth into interactions, while inviting others to do the same. Added bonus: we're creating a culture where we have the skill and agency to be with what’s real and alive.
In this class you will:
* Learn practical tools for navigating connection with more awareness and integrity
* Strengthen your ability to listen deeply and respond from the present moment
* Build confidence to bring more of your truth into your interactions

Facilitator Bio:
John Adams is a contact improv dancer/teacher, a circling facilitator, an IFS/somatics/circling -informed coach, an academic, and a generally contemplative and playful earthling. His studies and pursuits over the last two decades have largely been toward two things: his own growth, healing, and deepening; and what he calls whole-systems well-being (including developing his capacity to support it), from self, relationship, and group, to culture, ecology, and worldview.
