Mushrooms add such rich and earthy flavors, but so often take a supportive roll in a dish or meal. This class puts the delectable fungi front and center on the table.  These dishes are wonder with a light salad for a weeknight meal or as a hearty side for a special occasion.
Mixed Mushroom Ragout with Sherry is a vegetarian’s dream dish when served over creamy Corn Polenta

Crepe “Manicotti” Gratinee Featuring creamy mushroom filling topped with a mushroom herb sauce, broiled and finished with Thyme-Garlic Brown Butter

Mushroom Samosas are fun treat for the whole family.  Easy to prepare with phyllo dough, filled with a delightful blend of mushrooms, parmesan, garlic and shallots enhanced with sherry.

All In-Person Class attendees will be required to wear facemasks throughout the cooking class, only to be removed when eating.
