HU (pronounced "hue") is a sacred sound and age-old mantra, as well as an ancient name for God. HU has been sung for thousands of years in many lands for spiritual unfoldment. If you believe you are more than body, mind and emotions, you may enjoy singing HU with a small group of like-minded people. The 15 to 20 minute HU Chant will be followed by relaxed, authentic spiritual conversation.
