In this class Simona will teach us four delectable tarts, but don’t be fooled, you’ll learn so much more than how to pull together a GF tart.  These are desserts everyone at the table will be clamoring for.  Each tart will feature a touch of fruit, (lemon pastry cream, raspberries, apricots) and pair them with chocolate creams, cremeux and namelaka that are neither mousse or ganache, but are a true joia de bouche.  All will be delicately layered inside a canvas of Sablé Breton.  If you want to impress your sweet this Valentine’s Day, you’ll start by taking this class.
