Splendor Solis Books is honored to present celebrated artists flutist Hannah Elizabeth [&] soprano Rose Hegele in their special music series “For Her.” They are offering a unique, challenging, and evocative program exploring a wide range of femme experiences and intersections, promoting deep conversation and connection. "For Her" is a program born from the intense moments of connection I’ve shared with the women in my life—what I call “you too?” moments. Those stolen glances across a bar, the joyful oversharing of a girls' night, or the deep confessions that bind us in shared experiences.

Hannah Elizabeth Tobias is an artist who encourages discussions between distinct communities by validating human experiences using music and collaborative art forms. [nbsp]A champion of new music, she premieres works across the U.S.,performing in a wide array of chamber ensembles, as well as the Boston-based Horizon Ensemble. Hannah Elizabeth regularly intertwines music and advocacy through social justice initiatives and regular work in shelters and correctional facilities

Rose Hegele (she/her) explores the extremes of human vocal and artistic expression in 20th and 21st century music. Active across genres including avant garde music, contemporary opera and chamber music, Rose creates healing spaces for audiences to embrace their complexity and humanity. She has performed at venues including Boston's Symphony Hall, the Institute of Contemporary Art, and Carnegie Hall.
