At last, the crisp cool fall evenings beckon casual gatherings on the patio.   Treat your guests to easy-to-prepare Spanish inspired appetizers that are beautiful on the eyes and the palate.  Start off with a gorgeous, abundant Spanish Cheese Board brimming with Spanish cheeses, meats, olives, spreads, spiced nuts, and fruits to enjoy as the Sangria starts to flow.   Course after course is enjoyed as we move though this full and delightful menu.

Olive and Manchego Puff Pastry Bites

Warm and Crispy Patatas Bravas (golden brown fingerling potatoes) with easy homemade aioli

Albondigas Tiny beef and pork meatballs in a Rioja tomato sauce

Sizzling Shrimp with Lemon, Garlic and Parsley served with crusty bread

Salad of Melon, Chorizo and Artichokes Sweet, spicy and tangy

“Tarta de Santiago” We’ll end on a tender sweet note, with this popular Spanish almond cake finished with a powdered sugar dusting around the Cross of St. James.
