“Renowned blues artist introduces her new band”
Local blues legend, Eva Cappelli is a multi-award winning singer-songwriter, her music gracing such stages as The Hard Rock Café, The Big E, Iron Horse Music Hall, The Majestic Theater, Maggie Mae’s (Austin, Tx). Eva has opened for international blues artists like Luther “Guitar” Junior Johnson, Joe Louis Walker, Coco Montoya, Debbie Davies, Poppa Chubby, and many more. Eva served as the Musical Coordinator for  the Theater Production of Sojourner Truth at the Academy of Music in Northampton, and has taken to the theatrical stage herself as a part of the Vagina Monologues. She is a real character, and her witty and soulful songs weave a common thread into the hearts of all her listeners.

The Boston Blues Society and others including PoP Culture Magazine and The Northern Exposure, have honored Eva with rave reviews, and making her internationally known and likened to artists Bonnie Raitt, Susan Tedeshi, The Cowboy Junkies, KD Lang, Patsy Cline, Etta James, Grace Slick and Fleetwood Mac. With a voice described as “liquid smoke,”  she is renowned for her sensual and sultry heartbreak lyrics as well as her hard-rocking take-no-prisoners anthems.
