A stellar night of music featuring Eli Catlin and Anders Griffin.FREE SHOWEli Catlin::: country bluesWith deep roots in country blues, Eli Catlin writes, sings, and plays in and around his home region of Northampton, MA, where he has opened for Joe Louis Walker and Room Full of Blues as well as headlining his own shows with Alex Snydman on drums. Eli performs on local and regional television and radio stations and for the past three years has held a residency at the Alvah Stone restaurant in Montague MA. In 2010 the Boston Blues Society chose him to represent them in the Youth Showcase at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN.Eli will be joined by Brooklyn-based dummer, composer, and trumpet player Anders Griffin. Griffin works in a range of contexts, including folk, jazz, pop, improvised music, and modern dance theater.
