After some dedicated time for listening to our hearts and journaling, we will have a Self-Commitment Ceremony. This is a powerful experience of being witnessed in community, and being touched by one another, as we each in turn speak out loud our vows to ourselves.

Receive hugs, congratulations, dance in celebration of your courage and self tending. Refreshments will be provided.

💖 Dancing, Co-Regulation Cuddle & Sensual Nourishment
From here, we will flow into open co-creation of the most nourishing experiences for all.
