Featuring NYC”s best known millo player, Carlos Rienzo, the band explores the instrument in the non-traditional space of psych rock, electronics, jazz, and indie groove — with traditional Colombian cumbia underpinning the sound at every angle. The band also features two other well-renowned NYC-Colombian musicians: Juan Ospina (M.A.K.U. Soundystem) on bass and Ricardo Gallo on synths/keyboard.
