The Sphere Northampton and Jessica Gifford, founder of Project Connect, are excited to bring you a fun and light-hearted space to leave your worries at the door, let down your guard, and get to know some other amazing members of The Sphere!
This is NOT your “typical” networking event.
If networking makes your tummy turn or you’re just a tad timid when meeting new people, feel reassured in knowing that this workshop was designed with you in mind. We’ve structured the evening to support you with the sometimes intimidating (but necessary) task of networking. We’ll start with some guided discussions so you can walk before you run. We want to make this a stress-free, enjoyable experience for everyone.
In this small and informal workshop, you will:
- Participate in a craft designed to bolster other’s confidence,
- Make yourself a hot cup of tea or cocoa from our hot chocolate bar and cozy up,
- Participate in a delicious cookie exchange and show off your favorite recipe,
- Engage in collaborative discussions that will warm you up to the idea of networking,
- Meet awesome, like-minded women + nonbinary folks who’ve got your back,
- Leave feeling full (of cookies!) AND confidence!
This event is limited to 40 participants. Pajamas, comfy clothes, and fuzzy slippers are strongly encouraged (but not required). Each registrant will be asked to bring 2 dozen cookies—further instructions will be given and dietary needs assessed closer to the date.
