Pioneer Valley Ballet presents Cinderella… With A Twist on Saturday, May 9 at the Academy of Music Theatre in Northampton. Set to Sergei Prokofiev’s beloved score, this lively new comedy ballet tells the story of a kindhearted Cinderella and a bookish Prince whose lives are magically transformed by a Fairy Godmother. Featuring whimsical costumes, imaginative scenery, and intricate choreography by Artistic Directors Maryanne Kodzis and Thomas Vacanti, the production includes professional dancers alongside hundreds of PVB students and community performers from across Western Massachusetts.
