Traditional Chicken and Waffles is a comfort food that are hard to resist and Leslee couldn’t resist putting a twist on convention and creating a whole new guilty pleasure from them. Inspired by the Bubble Waffle, now, if you’re not familiar with “bubble waffles”, it originates from the Hong Kong Bubble Waffle, a popular street food. Found filled with either sweet or savory fillings, much like a waffle cone.
