Born in the power of the underground, Carinae has been a bastion of the Western Mass basement rock and roll scene for a decade. An amalgamation of all things that capture their attention, this group of musicians tread a delicate path of inspiration and extrapolation through a genre-less lens. They stand as comfortably in drag-out kraut rock beats and blaring guitars as they do in rich vocal harmonies a cappella. Tying songs together, turning a performance into their own sonic quilt, the band presents everything from tightly crafted pop tunes to dark and pensive synth odysseys.
