Canning, The Vegetable Chapter: Pickling and Preserving Workshop

Have you ever wanted to learn to can and just didn’t know how to get started? [nbsp]Don’t be intimidated by the process, this class will walk you through and demystify the process of canning and preserving, step by step. [nbsp]You’ll learn the science behind it and exactly which equipment you need. [nbsp]We’ll hold two classes, one on canning fruit, the second on pickling. [nbsp]This includes refrigerator pickling, and shelf-stable canning which you can enjoy all year-round. [nbsp]Take one or both classes and start putting your food up this year instead of freezing.
