The workshop will begin with understanding the effects of stress on our ability to think. We will build on a series of exercises that calm the inner self which opens our awareness and ability to function at a higher level of clarity in thinking and acting. If you are looking for techniques for functioning in the workplace or dealing with the stressors of today’s society, this workshop is for you. The techniques you will learn do not require a studio or membership card. They can be used in almost any situation.
The session will take place right after our monthly community potluck, Sunday Suppers and Spirit at 6 PM, where you can meet neighbors, share a meal, and have some meaningful conversation.
