Join Jill at Progression Brewery for a Charcuterie Workshop on Thursday December 21st at 6pm. Each ticket is good for 1 person to assemble their own charcuterie masterpiece and includes 1 drink from the Progression Bar. A variety of cheeses, cured meats, fruits, nuts and accoutrements will be provided. The workshop also includes use of all the tools and gadgets you'll need during the event and a palm leaf plate on which to build your Cheese & Charcuterie Board.
