Join us for an active, slow-flow Advanced Beginners yoga class that is
accessible to folks who can confidently get up and down from the mat.
We’ll continue to build on our foundational yoga poses (asana), with
options for new variations and new poses to explore. In addition, we’ll
include warm-ups and strengthening exercises that support the focus of
the class. Breathing practices as well as practical yoga philosophies will
be integrated to create a well-rounded practice
