ZipCar

Join a car share program and explore whether you can reduce your car ownership.  On the average, each shared car gets 15 to 20 private cars off the road, reducing our collective carbon footprint, vehicle congestion, and freeing up parking spaces.

There are now Zipcars in three locations in Northampton, all open to members: City Hall, Smith College Parking Garage, and Smith College Gillett/Chase Parking Lot.
