We use the highest quality locally farmed ingredients whenever possible, crafting over a dozen different pierogi filling flavors and seasonal options. Our method is simple; we hand-roll dough as thinly as possible and use a very high ratio of filling to potato so our pierogi are big on flavor and small on fillers. Our ingredients are simple, and you will probably never have a hard time pronouncing anything on our label but the company name!
