Northampton Jazz Festival

The Northampton Jazz Festival returns with lots of live jazz music throughout downtown on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, 2026!

Now in it's 15th year, the fest brings Grammy-winning, internationally renowned artists, regional & local musicians and rising jazz stars to downtown Northampton over two days.

Stroll, dine and sip your way through town during Friday's Jazz Strut showcasing seven local and regional jazz ensembles at Northampton's breweries, bars and restaurants. No cover, but we encourage you to patronize the establishments that are participating!

On Saturday Jazz Fest Day, Grammy-nominated musicians from near and far will infuse downtown Northampton with the vibrant diversity of jazz. Music is presented at seven different venues downtown and is FREE on Jazz Fest Day, culminating in a ticketed concert of Lakecia Benjamin WE DREAM at the Academy of Music!
