Come learn some simple Ayurvedic recipes that are perfect for Spring.  Spring is considered to be Kapha time in Ayurveda, where earth and water elements are prevalent.  This means that we may experience an increase sinus pressure, more congestion, and feel a bit more lethargic.  The foods we'll sample will be warming and light in nature to combat those feelings of heaviness.  Learn about what spices are ideal for springtime as well.
